Rules of Play

Participants earn BetPoints when placing qualifying bets. These points accumulate and may be redeemed for Free Plays, based on the user's Loyalty Tier:

Bets must be settled to qualify.
Points are awarded based on the lower value between the amount risked and amount to win.
Point totals determine tier level, which in turn determines redemption values.
Bets using Free Plays or settled via Cash Out do not earn points.
This program may not be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted.

Nature and Value of Prizes or Awards

BetPoints Redemption Options:

Free Plays (redeemed value based on tier, from $5 to $10.5 per 1,000 points)
Bronze: 0–9,999 points → $5 Free Play per 1,000 points
Silver: 10,000–49,999 points → $8 Free Play per 1,000 points
Gold: 50,000+ points → $10.5 Free Play per 1,000 points

Rewards are non-transferable. Once redeemed, no refunds or changes are permitted.

Eligibility Restrictions or Limitations

Only available to patrons in approved jurisdictions.
Not available to professional (non-recreational) players.
One Loyalty Program account per customer.
Participants must have an active account in good standing.
Self-excluded or closed accounts are not eligible until reinstated.
The company reserves the right to disqualify participants for suspected abuse, fraud, or any behavior deemed in violation of the spirit of the program.

Wagering and Redemption Requirements

Free Plays: Subject to applicable Free Play Rules (see below).
Redemption is available only via the platform’s REDEEM section.
Points expire after 12 months of issuance.

Free Play Rules:

Free Plays can be used on straight bets and parlays.
Eligible bet types include totals, handicaps, and win lines.
Available on both pre-game and live wagers.
Free Play balances are visible in the top-right corner of the user interface.
Only the winnings from a Free Play will be credited to the account; the Free Play amount is not returned.

Eligible Events or Wagers

All qualifying real-money sports wagers, including parlays.
Excludes Free Play bets, bets settled via Cash Out, and voided/pushed events.

Cancellation Requirements

The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the program at any time.
In the event of termination, unredeemed points will be forfeited.
